Quality Inn And Suites Hardeeville, Hardeeville

We have stayed here 3 times enroute to Florida. In 11/2006 and 3/2009, we had a pleasant stay with clean quarters. In 2/2010 however, we found a disappointing decline in quality. We arrived late due to weather and traffic; we were tired and weary from 14 hours on the road. When our key card refused us entry to our room after several attempts, my husband drove back to the front to be told by the clerk to "try again". After I went up a second time, and a little more aggressively, did the manager come over and let us in. He said we just had to "jimmy it". The room was not clean (dirty washcloth on the floor) and the roll out we ordered was not in the room, requiring another trip around front. The floor lamp was hard wired (poorly) directly into an outlet, a definate fire hazard. We won't stay again.

Was pelasantly surprised at the quality of this hotel. The room was great and the service was excellant. The hot breakfast was also excellant. I have never seen a hotel breakfast that came close to the value here.

We were very, very pleased with our stay at the Quality Inn in Hardeeville, SC. Room was extra clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast each morning was delicious. We will definitely plan to stay at this hotel again on our next trip to the area. We chose this hotel because of the reviews and were more than pleased!

I can't complain.... although this is an older hotel, it's kept up with the times through a good renovation and very good housekeeping ! Nice big, clean rooms and plenty of parking. Great Pool and free Wi-Fi internet... close to restaurants and I-95 and a great value... $53.00 King bed room if you reserve online ! Friendly staff and a fantastic breakfast is included... so make this your stop over for the night (I've stayed here 3 times now) !

The motel was very nice but the front desk service was horrible. When I cheaked in the person on desk gave me a really bad look when I asked about my AAA rate. Then that night a person tried to get into my room. When i called front desk the person did not even say sorry. I would never stay their agian.
