TERRIBLE--AWFUL--WHAT'S NEXT????

this is my third time visiting panama, i've stay in de cameron twice, one time it was great the next was not here on my third time trying, i've invited 10 friends to go with me after finding out i could no stay near the water i settle for the villas, so i asked for prices and they gave me two one for foreigner and one for nationals then she said the group is mainly foreigners therefore everybody pays the higher rate that's double standard in my book, after resolving that i tried to pay for the amount with my credit card, well i am traveling at this time and like to pay over the phone they would not let me only wire transfer or pay in person i could not believed the lack of service from a company as large as de cameron nobody offers any absolutely any help to solve this, even i asked to be directed to someone or somewhere that could help i got nowhere, it is a shame that i have to try so hard to pay and nobody is willing to help... My decision is this company is too busy to help(service) adequate small group like mine. It is really really bad....this process took over 5 days.....there is more i just like to tell you part of it............if this is a very isolated case god bless and good luck if not they need to review how they do business i travel to panama 3 times a year now i will nor refer or visit or try again...this type of experience leaves a bitter taste for this vacation i will not let these few people spoil my time again .... This happen with de cameron in panama city, people that help me, jahaira, zuleika,suzette,i don't wish anybody fired just like good service i was going to stay for two days about $1600.00....for sept21-22, 2007....
