Would not be back for a while.

The food and cleanliness was #1. The waiters and waitresses were pleasant and helpful. The language barrier was a huge problem as not many spoke English. Some understood a bit. Their Directions are usually the opposite to what they really mean ! The nightshows were varied but there should be some singing too rather than performances only.
It was also a good idea to have a Catholic Mass on site but here again, it was only in Spanish. Since there are a lot of english speaking visitors, there should at least be a bilingual mass.
The return trip was far more organized and uneventful than the arrival one. On our arrival at Tocumen, our baggage was on different conveyers other than on the conveyer which indicated Air Transat. Some were mixed up with Sun Wing and other carriers; some were even taken off of the conveyers and found on different sections of the floor. After eventually finding the baggage, we got through the customs, got onto the last bus for the two hour ride to the Hotel with one stop. By this time, everyone in the bus was hungry, tired and frustrated and just wanted to get to the hotel although there was the guide onboard who nicely gave a presentation as we travelled through the city. The tours were expensive so didn't do any. Would have liked to do some shopping in the city but it was like two hours away to a good mall. The Alderbrook Mall was not very interesting. It was too crowded anyway at this time.
