Royal Decameron Golf Beach Resort Golf & Villas, Panama City

We came there for my daughters wedding. It was disappointing that when we got there at 4:30 we were starving. We found out that there was no place to eat until 6:30 I always thought that inclusive hotels served food at all times. All of the restaurants were booked so we had to eat at the buffet which is not that good

I'M FROM PANAMA, I WENT TO MY COUNTRY LAST YEAR AFTER 11 YEARS AND I BEEN HEARING ABOUT THIS RESORT FOR 3 YEARS ALREADY AND I WENT WITH MY KIDS TO THE RESORT IT IS A NICE PLACE, THE FOOD IS GOOD,THE SERVICE IS NICE,THE ROOMS ARE BIG AND THE PRICE IS REALLY AFFORDABLE. I'M TRAVELING TO PANAMA ON JUNE WITH MY SISTERS, NIECES AND NEPHEWS AND PART OF OUR TRIP IS TO GO TO THE RESORT AGAIN. I RECOMEND THIS RESORT TO EVERYBODY THAT STAY IN PANAMA.

Decameron is such an amazing place to vacation! My wife and I spent a week there and all I can say is wow! The facilities, although a bit dated were very clean and typical of all-exclusive hotels. The food was good and the service was top notch. The beach is beautiful and the nightly shows are entertaining. I really have nothing negative to say about our experience there. The weather was outstanding...it was raining in Panama City but when we arrived at Decameron...paradise! There are a ton of activities to keep you busy during the day and free booze poolside! We will go back for sure and are actually thinking about purchasing a home at the Costa Blanca Villas! We can't wait to go back next year!

This trip was amazing i had the best time i loved it all the hotel the activities the shows the men the guys all age so well in Panama would go back in a min.. Miss it there so much

It was a beautiful place, great service and people. Had everything you needed on site. A lot of restaurants for different taste. Only thing was it was 2 1/2 hours from Panama City and the greatest shopping. The nightly shows were terrific. The spa, hard rock store and casino all great. Making plans for a return trip.

I loved everything, especially the cleanliness, the staff (gentle and very respectful). The design of the facility has been well thoughtout. The food was especially good! The rooms very spacious!. The showers nice and big. I would like to see more control on the smoking. Should be NO SMOKING in the lobies and eating establishments. Especially no smoking in the line-ups when waiting for bookings-buses etc.

I liked everything, escpecially the friendliness of the staff and the variety of restaurants and food. The activities and the night shows topped it all.

We just got back Feb4/08.It was fantastic. The resort was extremely well kept and the staff were great. I can't say enough about bartenders Calvin,Edwin and George (couldn't pronounce his real name, so he suggested I call him George). The jungle boat tour was awesome as well as the Bubba Gump boat. I heard the rappelling was a riot as well. The only negative would be the bus ride to and from the airport 2 hours and no washroom.

Best place we have ever been.Good food,clean, beautiful grounds & pools.Harold Del La Cruz was an awesome bar tender.We can't say anything bad about this resort.We were there last 2 weeks of Jan./08 & perfect weather.Some people complain about the 2 hour drive from airport but we liked it as you get to see alot of the countryside & how other people live.We want to go back again in Jan./09. We can't wait.Most of the staff know how to speak enough english to get by.Lots of Canadians at this resort & they really cater to the Canadians with playing music in english that we all know.Nice gift shop,public phones,and internet cafe just a 5 minute walk from lobby 3.This is a good place to buy a phone card for $3.50 for 1 hour of air time to call home.Anyone who goes to this resort will have the best vacation of anywhere they have been so far.It was just amazing & we wish we could go back tomorrow!!!

Very relaxing, beautiful and everything was just great. The food, well what can I say. I always say I am on a diet, but when I visit Decameron who cares about a diet. Just love the place and the people are very nice. The emcee is just faboulos. Really enjoy the shows and laugh a lot. This year we are taking the family (part of them).
