This hotel is simply perfect for the price you pay. In fact, for what you pay, you get a whole lot more. There front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. Espically Mandy! If you ever visit this hotel, make sure you see Mandy. He manages the hotel and does a fabulous job doing it. He is very young and impressive. Because of him, I chose to set up a corporate account with his hotel. He knows alot about serving his customers and is well educated and experienced in operating this hotel. For all you future customers, please make your bookings before as this hotel is very busy. I wish this hotel tonnes of future success.

I came over from England a couple of years ago for a Tenpin Bowling Tournament. We had such an excellent time that we are coming back next week 13th to 26th September 2005. The hotel is really friendly and clean. Good size rooms with all the amenities that you would expect and hope to find. We found the staff very helpful and courteous. There were a number of occasions where they went out of their way to help us with travel arrangements organising trips.

What a surprise when we checked in. Absolutely immaculate property inside and out. Beautifully appointed rich wood furniture in room. 27" TV with stunning digital cable hookup. Free refrigerator built into desk unit. Separate table and chairs for writing or using free broadband internet service. Very comfy couch with loose pillow back and matching pillows in the corners. Coffee table. Iron and ironing board. Modern up-to-date bathroom with free soap/shampoo dispensers. Individual a/c heat pump unit. All of the receptionists were friendly and helpful, especially Sandy. Quiet atmosphere, city bus at door for 10 minute ride to Kipling subway station. Major shopping mall (Sherway) just around the corner. Within a block a Sams Club, Red Lobster, Chapters book store and much more.
