Worst Experiance

I witnessed the receptionist yell at the top of her lungs not only at me, but also at other customers. She got in my face, cussed at me, and lied to me. When I complained to the manager about how customers had been treated, she was argumentative, interrupted, refused to listen, admitted to being the person who falsely charged my credit card for double the price, and then hung up the phone on me. I was told by the manager’s boss that this was my fault for being treated so nasty by his employees. This was the most horrible experience I have ever had at any hotel. I am a last time customer, and I would suggest you stay elsewhere too.
