Arcotel Allegra Zagreb, Zagreb

I haven't actually stayed there yet. I was looking at the reviews and something seemed wrong. Aparently everyone who stayed there and wrote a review misspelled the word staff. Could it be that someone on the hotel's "stuff" messed that up while writing phony reviews a couple of weeks apart from one another? It is not possible for so many travelers in a row to make the same mistake. If true this is surely an unethical business practice! I just scored everything a 3 since I have not stayed there yet. It might be that it is an exceptional hotel.

We arrived to Zagreb really late but the room waited for us. We arrived by train which was really good because the hotel is only 5 min walking distance form train station. Stuff was really friendly. We stayed only one night. The breakfast the next day way really good.

I was on a business trip in zagreb and spent 2 days at this hotel. room was modern furnished and extremely clean. actually the whole hotel was very clean. airline lost my luggage and the stuff did everything to help me to track it and to get it delivered at hotel quite quick. wlan is free of charge which is compared to other eu. capitals an advantage.

I only stayed there one night because I had an early flight the next day. The hotel is new and in a good, central location near the tram lines. The rooms are comfortable, although not that large. The drain in the bathtub didn't work well when taking a shower. The elevator area looks rather drab and utilitarian. The front staff spoke English fairly well. I tried using the gym but the attitude of the staff turned me off. Since I only stayed one night I wasn't eligible for any discount. It seems to be a bit overpriced for what you get.

Hotel was perfect! Few minutes walking distance from downtown. We stayed at this hotel for two days and we loved every minute. Stuff at the front office was very helpful. Breakfast was perfect, rooms are very clean. At the bar there is a terrace where the smoking is still allowed. Unfortunately there is no shuttle to Airport but there is taxi in front of the hotel. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

I stayed at the hotel only for one night but everything was great. Check in was smooth, room was nice. Spacious and clean. Dinner at the restaurant was also good. The only thing I would change is the parking. But the rate is actually reasonable because it´s secured parking. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Me and my children loved this place . We spent here one weekend. The stuff is more than friendly. They totally helped me with my children. Room was nice and clean. Food at the restaurant was absolutely great. The wellness is bit small but it offers everything. Downtown is only few minutes walking distance from downtown. I would recommend this hotel.

4 stars hotel in the city center close to all business towers only few minutes from the main square. I will recomend it to all partners. It´s realy value for the money!

we totally loved this hotel. situated downtown, near the bus station (airport shuttle station). brakfast is one of the best i ever had at one hotel restaurant. bar is also nice. there is a new wellness area. rooms are very clean. i would definitelly recommend this hotel

i spent only one weekend at this hotel. as i travel a lot i can compare this hotel with other hotels. hotel is downtown located, stuff is competent and the flair at the hotel is very nice. they also have a great spa area and professional trainers. we ate only once at the hotel restaurant and the food was great.
