Golden Nugget Beach Club, Sunny Isles Beach

The hotel is truely the cheapest in that area, so I honestly did not expect it to be in the best shape. We only needed a place to spend a couple of nights. I probably would not care a lot about the thing that the entire hotel is falling apart if it was not because of their terrible staff on the front desk. It was the most terrible customer service I have ever experienced. The only positive thing was that the pool was fine, ac was working, and the location of the hotel is good it is right on the beach.But I will never stay in that hotel another time even if they would be offering me money for that.

ok..FIRST OF ALL, yea the hotel itself isent the best or even close. it looks real plain, a simple room, a little dirty depending on the room u get, mostly old rust stains well cuz its an old hotel, carpet is old, sum bathroom doors may not lock, but thats it. BUT....you have ac, you have cable, you have clean sheets to sleep on, clean pillows, water works, bathroom works, stove works, shower works. What else do u want u got everything u need u know? Besides, ure not going for the room, your going for the beach, which is beautiful by the way. i loved it and so did everybody else that stayed there. right outside just a few feet away. literally. the pool is perfect aswell. very clean. its just the room that everyone seems to complain about, but really who is going for the room, u get wat u pay for. GO. IT IS WORTH IT.

roaches crawling on me at night with bad service that had an attitude about every thing. The rooms had dirty bathrooms and the kitchen was leaking gas. impossible to sleep in

This hotel is a discrace to Miami and Florida. The rooms are dirty...the sheets have yellow stains...the doors dont lock etc. When calling upon the manager to help us with our problems he tells us to piss off and go to South Beach if we want. Well we didnt want South Beach...we wanted a more quiet place and Sunny Isles was perfect...his attitude was not. He claimed that the yellow and black stains on our sheets were bleech stains...well Ive never seen a golden yellow bleech stain before. NASTY!!!!! This manager is a disgrace to all hotell managers and he showed this by yelling at not only us but at two guests that were just checking in. He doesnt care about your stay if you have any problems with reservation or room he will just tell you to take it up with the travel agency and does not offer to help at all. He pretty much told us that he could care less because he has new people coming. Well this is a pissy hotell and you dont get what you pay for. Sleep here if you want to bed with roaches and bad attitude.
