Dynasty Court Hotel & Restaurant, Cagayan de Oro

Front desk staff and employees were great and helpful. But Rooms were smelly, carpets filthy, air conditioner was leaking water into the room and didn't cool. My kids' room didn't even have windows. Sort of like inner cabins on a cruise ship. Horrible. They nickel and dime you for everything. Extra pillows, there's a charge for that. Need ice? There's a charge for that. Who ever heard of being charged for ice? Even EconoLodge gives out free ice. They probably charged us for the bottled water. Who knows? Spoke to the supervisor when we checked out. He said the manager was not available. It was Friday morning and the manager was not available? You think he discounted the pillows and ice? Hell no. Terrible customer service. Didn't even apologize. Said he was going to give my complaint to the manager. Been a month since we stayed at this hotel from hell but haven't heard from the "not available" manager. Do they care? Probably not. Absolutely will never stay in this hotel again and will tell everyone I know about our experience. I am going to every review site and give this hotel bad marks. Terrible place. Even Motel 6 is way better than this hotel.

I have just stayed at Dynasty,( June 09) i found it clean, efficiently run, staff were most helpful and always cordial, i have a gluetin allergy, and they were most accommodating, all things considered, if i were to return to CDO, i would certainly stay there again, very good value, very central.KK.

when we stay there, there are mouse in the room and they even ate the chocolates, and also in the dining area, it is not clean and their towels are old and not good

NICE TO STAY HERE. AS YOU WERE INT THE HEART OF THE GOLDEN FRIENDSHIP CITY.

The location is very convenient and staff are accommodating.An excellent value for your money.
