Excellent choice for your money, however...
there are a few things I think worthy of mention:
PROS: It was VERY clean. Staff is very very nice and will bend over backwards for you. It's in a nice neighborhood. Close to a McDonalds and a gas station. Everything in the apartment worked very well. Check in and check out were hassle free and they accommodated me on giving me a ground floor so I could keep an eye on my bike. They had a relatively inexpensive washer and dryer for guests use along with vending machines. For those who like to go walking, it was in a nice place to go walking.
CONS: They don't tell you, up front, that there will be an additional $100 cleaning fee tacked onto your bill and although it is refundable, it shouldd be something they mention when you actually make the reserviation. Also, they don't tell you that there's an additional $10 feee for the internet service and in addition to that $10 fee, you also have to pay for a cord cause it's not wifi. The cord costs you $10 to rent, but you can go buy one at Ofice Max for $12 and keep it. And finally, in the pictures on line, it shows a coffee maker in the unit, so I assumed there would be a coffee maker in the unit. There wasn't and I had to either go to McDonalds and buy my coffee or Circle K. Just another fee they don't tell you about.
I think, overall, it was a good deal, if I would have known about all the hidden feees. Now that I know about them, I'll be more prepared and my next trip there will be a better one. And yes, I will stay there again.
