Attempted pre-cruise stay
Notice I said "attempted", this review is mainly about their customer service. I booked this hotel through Yahoo and emailed them to confirm that they got my reservation and they immediately assured me that they did. At 99 Euros a night, I felt good about this hotel and was excited to stay there. Unfortunately, due to flights, I did not get to Rome until the day of my cruise and had to cancel after their 24 hour cancellation deadline. I emailed them explaining my situation and was not charged a dime. They have fabulous customer service. I look forward to staying there one day. Grazie
