I cant stand it
The moment i found this lodge online, i was so excited to book for my coursemates who is coming to visit my country for a visit. I immediately call the GREEN HUT lodge for booking. I had a sort of rough arrangement but i was told by this guy that i need to pay deposit personally. Since it was lucky enough i was still in kuala lumpur that couple days i drive all the way to town to pay. Upon arrive, a plump lady greet me and i told her that my needs. I try to make her understand the needs for my group of coursemate consist 17 peoples. She apparantly shove off my request and emphasize on other while try to push me to ther sister lodge at nearby. As i getting little impatient, she told me she was new.At last, i am sick of repeating questions and answer,i finally ask her that maybe she could talk to the guy who fetch my call yesterday as i actually had sort of arrange well with him. She immediately get mad, saying i was not being respectful to her and mention i should follow her advise as she had been working there for 3-4years(???). I started reason with her, and she asking me in most annoying way that i should talk to her in chinese(then why she talk to me in english initially). Then she said she will managed and can make decision. After her so called arrange where she put my all my coursemates in twin rooms, she call her manager and keep emphasis that we are local. Her attitude had gone for downhill after that. After realise they really get putting me off, i went off as i am really upset. The entire thing take 20minutes!Still, she was yelling at me when i leave for not being appreciate her service. I wish i could too. My group of people consist different nationalities, china, india, thailand,vietnam and indonesia. We were study in same unversity in US, and i was so eager to show off to them my country. But the service at this lodge make me so disappointed because Malaysian such as myself is being push down locally.
