True that the view from the deck sitting above the Pacific is hard to beat, but that is where it stops! The bed was less than quality as they advertise. The bath linens were so stained, they would only be found in a cleaning rag pile. The bedding was a thread thin poly blend, hardly what they advertise as "quality bed and bedding" and "over sized fluffy towels". The area rugs were so filthy that I had to roll them out of the way and then clean the floors so it felt comfortable to walk on...WORST of all was the attitude of the management. They felt if we weren't happy we could just leave, which is what we did. I guess their idea of adequate accomodations is warm bread and a breath taking view...if that's all you want for $300 a night, you will be very happy. Regardless, you will find management to be arrogant and unaccomadating!
