Broad Creek Guest Quarters Resort, New Bern

My husband and I love Broad Creek Guest Quarters. The rooms are studio condos, beautifully decorated and comfortable.Ours has a charming private screened porch, a handy kitchen, and a washer & dryer. The location is spectacular-wooded parks and lakes, across the street from a marina. Free park and launch for a boat. The tennis courts, basketball court, putt-putt golf, heated indoor pool, seasonal outdoor pool, gym, concierge desk are included in the rate. On-site is a lovely 18-hole golf course and 2 restaurants(one is waterfront with live entertainment). A beverage shop offers fine wines, beers, and high-quality local art and crafts. Great fishing ,too, on the pier, at the lakes, or river beaches! We recommend the on-site sailing yacht cruises. New Bern is one of the loveliest, most interesting and lively(terrific shops and restaurants) of NC's waterfront towns. The Tryon Palace and its new Educational Center are not to be missed!
