Horrible Check-In Experience!!!
My family and I booked this hotel over a months in advance to save us from the Valentine's Day frenzy. We arrived in Las Vegas several hours early and had requested early check-in. After calling the front desk hourly beginning at 7 a.m. and going to the hotel personally, we were told that rooms weren't going to be available till around 11. We did not mind because it gave us an opportunity to drive around Las Vegas. After calling hourly, we finally weren't able to check-in till well after 3pm. When we proceeded to do so we were told that our credit card had been declined and in order to get our room we would have to pay the full price which was over 100 a night!! Not only were we not notified during the months, weeks, or days prior to our check-in but we were also not told that VERY morning when we had attempted to check-in. The girl at the front desk was extremely RUDE and the Director of Sales, Erica Woideck, could not be reached. I had previously loved the Holiday Inn and its chains but after this type of treatment and absurdness at not being notified via email or telephone (both which were listed when I booked the hotel) I would not recommend them to ANYONE!!!
