Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites, Columbus

I was looking for four rooms (for my high school tennis team) and every hotel in greater Columbus area was booked including this hotel. The front desk staff went out of their way to call around to different hotels looking for rooms. The extremely nice lady at the desk even bargained for me!! She asked/demanded the other hotels to drop their price for us! She found us a place and was just about to leave work. She asked me if I would like to follow her to the other hotel. I didn't get a chance to stay there, but if I'm back in the area, I will definitely stay there!! Thanks again, ladies!!
