Dar Najat, Marrakesh

In May I went to Marrakech for a few days, and I loved so much the city that I decided to come back in October to have a break in order to run away from the first cold of Europe. And this time, I booked in another Riad: DAR NAJAT. It was magical, fairy and everything was perfect. I had the chance to be invited to visit all the rooms: all fantastic, with their own "cachet", the ones better than the others! Incredible...Every detail has its importance and is located at its right place. Moreover the staff and Olivier the owner are so warm and helpfull, organizing and coordinating for you the visits, dealing for you the day trip-tours, booking restaurant and spa...the dream team I tell you! Dar najat is a jewel-case in the middle of the Medina in which you are the diamond.

This Riad is an oasis in Marrakech, away from the madness in the souks and the medina. It's a few minutes walk from the Place Djemaa El Fna. Olivier the owner and his staff are the most friendly hosts and very helpfull, but also respect your privacy. Have dinner, it's very tasty! We loved it!

Dar najat made Marrakech! A peaceful and stylish nest in the better part of Medina and just minutes from Jemaa El Fnaa. Apart from the location - we enjoyed everything in that Riad - the decor&design, the style of the room, the care everything was done with, the breakfast, the courtyard and roof sundeck and the turtle who always paddled around:) But the most special thanks goes to Olivier the owner, who was a lot more than just helpful - all the tips and suggestions and efficient communicating, Dar najat was right from the start

We and a large group of friends have just spent five days in this wonderful Riad dar najat. The staff and the owner Olivier were fantastic and so accommodating , really looked after us, breakfast was included and great, we had two evening meals there which was divine, The rooms spacious and clean and a lovely jaccuzi on the sun roof, If anyone was going to Marrakesh i would definitely recommend dar najatl.

If you ever visit Marrakech, you must choose Dar Najat ! Olivier the owner , Said (superstar) and the rest of the team were so warm, friendly and hospitable there was no request too big for them to fulfill. If you want to stay in a place that oozes luxury, class and comfort without breaking the bank.. this should be your first choice. Don't be put off by the exterior on arrival, what is behind those doors is absolute paradise. It would be hard to top this. I would definitely go back to Marrakech just to stay there again.

From the first HELLO, we were made to feel welcome , nothing was too much trouble,Olivier and his staff were warm and so obliging generously sharing all their local knowledge. Fantastic location near to all the great attractions but behind closed doors a haven of peace and quite, complete with a jaccuzi on the roof top ,. Marrakech was our first stop in our trip to several cities in Morocco. After our stay at dar najat, it was difficult for the later riads and dars to measure up. It is a riad where you truly feel at home. The riad and its rooms are beautiful. The amenities are first rate. And the food...well, it was simply fantastic. It is an ideal oasis in the midst of the medina. Full value for the price. Highly recommended.

This riad felt like an oasis of calm in the busy medina ofmarrakech. The riad is in an excellent location off a quiet side street but not too far from busy jamael fnaa. The moment we arrived I knew we'd made a good choice! The interior decor was so beautiful, colourful tiles, elegant stucco work and tasteful decoration. Our room was just beautiful, the owners Olivier obviously take pride in the place. We decided to eat at the riad the first night as we'd been travelling all day, I'm so glad we did as it was the best meal we'd eaten so far on our trip around Morocco. The staff at the riad are very helpful and always on had if you need anything. The breakfast on the rooftop was also a great way to start the day, freshly prepared by soukina . The riad is also excellent value if you consider what you'd pay in Europe for a similar experience. I would recommend this riad to a friend in a flash! Marrakech is such an assault on the senses you need a nice place to come back to.

Brilliant!!!! We have been traveling for over 6 months now and this is the best accomodation that we have had anywhere in Europe and Africa!! The host of the riad Olivier is the most generous and wonderful person we have met on our tour! The rooms are plush. Extremely comfortable and VERY large. The food is a gastronomic delight and is the best food we had in Morocco. This is the most wonderful boutique accomodation that i have ever stayed in. You MUST treat yourself to this amazing experience!!!

Cannot say enough great things about dar najat. Impeccable service from the moment I arrived.Olivier the owner and is staff are especially helpful, friendly and welcoming. I stayed in the beautiful souad roomsuite... it had a flatscreen TV, couch and sitting area, nice shower, and a lovely bed with a nice firm mattress. I enjoyed relaxing on the rooftop terrace in the afternoons and felt right at home throughout my stay. Breakfast is perfectly executed The riad is close to Djemaa el Fna and conveniently located for exploring the city. I will definitely stay there next time I'm in Marrakech
