What a great way to spend a long weekend. Everything is here. The giant dining room served great food. It was so cool to eat in such a huge space! The evening entertainment was in the same building, so we didn't have to drive all over town looking for something to do at night. The rooms are good--there was no "odor" as one other reviewer mentioned. Not sure what hotel they stayed at (LOL). There is just so much to do on the property that otherwise you would have to drive all over the place to do. The kids LOVED it. There were ping-pong tables (what other hotel has that!?), there is an indoor pool, and in the winter there was a tubing slope! It is just so great to have a hotle where all the fun things are on the property. It is a such a throw-back to the past that it is refreshingly modern idea! Our suggestion, go ahead and try it for a weekend. The prices are so affordable that there is really little to loose. It was a great way for our family to reconnect and have a really good time together and do our own thing at the same time. And, if you have any concerns, you can actually talk to a manager who will listen to you and do something for you. How many hotels can you say that about these days??? This place really catered to their guests
