Terrasol Beach Condos, Cabo San Lucas

I booked my stay with the owner of the unit #162, Linda Clark. This trip was scheduled for my daughter's graduation. Three days before we were to leave the Swine Flu out break began. We rescheduled our vacation for November of 2009, however, my daughter's school schedule is to intenese for her to go. I paid for this vacation in full at the time of booking. There was the night rate and a $150.00 refundable deposit. When I first starting communicating with the owner she was great. Very responsive and would follow up immediately. Now that I can't go and have emailed and left numerous phone messages in regards to refunds and cancellation policies she will not return the messages. I was curious to see if any others had experienced this problem only to find out I am one of many according to the reviews on trip advisor. Be very careful when renting from this owner, she is more that willing to take your money but not so much when it comes to returns. I believe she also has a place in Tahoe.
