Courtyard by Marriott Aguadilla, Aguadilla

Was exactly what what you see, the staff was very professional, welcoming and helpful. Very safe location for someone traveling alone, the location to airport and local shopping center was a plus. I can't think of anything negative about my stay. It was worth the money and I will recommend to friends. Thank you Courtyard, Agudilla for a most enjoyable stay in Puerto Rico! I can't wait to return.

I liked that the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. They bought us clean towels when we called the front desk.Dislikes were they did not have a lot of places to eat at in the area. Other than that everything was great.

Use to work at this property when it was a hospital left over from the Air Force to the Coast Guard back in 1976. Went back to see if it was still haunted as it was back then. Didn't find any ghost still creeping around but did find that the owner of this property had spent a lot of money in building this into a first class resort for Western Puerto Rico. This part of the island is definately a paradise with outstanding beaches right there on Ramey Base. Be sure to visit the old lighthouse that was destroyed in the 1800's by an earthquake. It has one of the best beaches around. Also Crash Boat Beach in Aguadilla is great for snorkling and SCUBA. Don't get a room by the pool because the rooms are not very well insulated from sound and kids playing will keep you awake at night and wake you early in the morning. A little more education of the staff in customer service would be a good thing. They could learn a lot from the Courtyard Isla Grande in San Juan in making a stay there memorable.

No fue muy agradable mi estadia en este hotel desde que llegamos, no tenian suficiente personal de ingenieria y servicio de ''maid'' la noche que llegamos.. El hotel queda bastante retirado de los shoppings y restaurantes gourmets y fast foods y otros lugares de atracciones, hay que pasar un largo tramo la carretera 110 de la Base Ramey para luego dar muchas vueltas dentro de una urbanizacion para llegar ahi... El hotel no tiene playa, pero si una fantástica piscina. No es un hotel con vista panoramica.. pq no tiene vista a nada. Si eres de los que te gusta la playa como yo.. este no es tu lugar de hospedaje. Fue mi primera vez ahi y mi última.
