He still ows me money !!!

We booked Ganesha park at home and paid for our 3 night stay. The kids were looking forward but..very much. One day in advance I called Mr. Francois C. and he told us we could not come. He did not have any elephants at all. Strange story. I can tell you the kids were disappointed and this is an understatement. Mr. C. promised to pay us back. Until today I have not received one Euro back. I mailed him a lot of times and a lot of times he promised me to send the money but he is not planning to do so, I suppose. We are very disappointed and do not recommend to go there.
