the room is nice..but..we hate their service!!!

it was my first time to be at boracay..n i really loved it..we stayed here in tides for only 1 night.. at first..their..service is quite good..d room is cozy..n its location is just right in the heart of D*Mall.. the problem is..when we..checked out..they are still charging us for the transportation fee..(CATICLAN-BORACAY)..where in we already paid it the very minute we checked in.. thank GOD..we just booked there for only a night..
