Holiday Inn Exp Stes Surprise, Surprise

My stay was at this dump was not good. I stayed here from May 20, 2011 thru May 23, 2011, and I'm a Platinum member! The rooms were not cleaned well, I even had pubic hairs in my shower from the previous guest . . just GROSS! And forget about eating the comp breakfast first thing in the monring. BF is suppose to ready at 7, yet It takes the staff 20 minutes to get it ready. The staff is very inefficient with poor customer service, and the general manager Will Nielsen is a liar! He promised to provide a rec room for our family and then bleatingly lied later when it was time to deliver on his promise! Will obviously does not have a clue, and thinks he can talk to people in any fashion he chooses to once the guests have check-in. No problem! All nine rooms will be posting their review to prove that I'm not lying! We ended up using the rec room next door at the residence inn, and we wish we would have have stayed here. Even though we weren't guests, they still treated us with good customer service, and honored what Will couldn't. We booked 9 rooms for a familiy reunion at the Holiday Inn, and next year we definitely won't be back. Since this was a family reunion, we wanted a rec room and therefore we'd rather stay at a hotel that can provide was they promise and don't lie like Will! From what we saw of the Residence Inn, we loved it! So if you're booked here, do yourself a favor . . . cancel and stay next door at the Residence. It's a much better hotel and they don't lie to their guests!

this is my second time stay in this location. last christmas i was here with family, MR. Patel did very good customer service which is not i was thinking that hotel manger would do.this year when i was cheking i want to thank him i asked the fornt desk ( vania) where is the manger ( Patel ) she say i am the manger what do u want to know? she was really rude she dont know how to talk as a fornt desk cleark, my stay was not good, custmer service was really poor. i dont want disscus my problems, but i want let MR Patel know the custmer service is not good by front desk cleark.
