Glory Beach Resort, Port Dickson

-Check-in slow -Water quality in the room was bad. Yellowish in colour. -Emergeny enterance for from level 3 onwards (block C) were dump with rubbish/bad smell -Swimming pool were cloudy -No water supply to the guest for about 3 - 4 hours (03/02/2011) -No one from the reception answering/pick up the phone when numbers of time you made a call or inquiry. -No housekeeping done. Only change your towel

Hi i had a visit to glortbeach recently...well i was good. Stayed at the business suite. Things were bit old but kept well. Cleanliness was 5/5. Thats the most important. Swimming pool are cleaner than I expected. Only the service were bit late,they can improve on that. Building should be painted. Otherwise it was a great holiday. p/s beaches well i hope the local government would do something about it...i heard they are considering...hope it wont take forever...i dont blame the resort but people who comes there litter and makes it dirtier...sorry guys but fact...malaysians need to be more civic minded...cheers..

First of all the building location itself is very, I mean very far and left out from the other facilities. You won't reaches it easily unless you had been there before which I doubt. I even asked some residents for direction because I thought we are going toward the wrong place. When you arrive, pray yourself that there's still some empty parking lot left, cause if you are unlucky you'll be taking your ride round the parking lot. After check in, don't expect ANY luxury in the room. There will be some basic item went missing which you should expect. So you called up and asked for something you need. Don't wait for it. Cause if you called up at lunch time, the item would most probably arrive before dinner. The air conditional was alright, having a little rocky tone but even the window has join in for a concert. When the wind blows strong, they will sing along. Making alot of ghost whining noise surrounding the whole room. The light was okay, all the light in room sums up together could show you ways to your room but if you drop something by mistake...sorry man. It's too late and that is most probably lose to the darkness. Alright, now you wanted to get a seat and watch some television shows. Okay, let's say......Tv3. Oh no, where's tv3? You search and search all you get is Tv1, Tv2 and Ria. Good job and thumbs up for having that astro card reader there...only RIA channel. No Tv...okay, let's go take a look outside. First the beaches, nothings wrong with it...yet. Swimming pool, flooded with peoples and the water is rather blurry and greenish coloured instead clear sky blue. When you planned either to took a walk or get soaked on the beach, DON'T! All you'll get is pain and dirty sand on your body. Ever imagined you are walking on needle? That's the similiar feeling as walking bare foot on this beach. Not to mention there's also hard bricks lying on the sand waiting for victims to kick on and loads of burned left over floating on the sea. Before you leave the room, remember collect every item in your room and place them nicely on a NICE BRIGHT OBVIOUS spot. If the cleaner can't see them, they will ask from you looking like a police. Reminds me of gold fish can't see thing straight. My advice is my friend......this whole resort is BLACK! Black sea, black beaches, black room and even some black hearted employee. Don't ever go there while you are planning on having fun, it'll never be fun staying in glory beaches resort. I suggest you all could consider Regenary, it's a big opposite to glory. P.S. Don't leave you cloth overnight lying balcony, if the wind gets strong and blow them away. Sorry there's no help to it because the receptionist will only tell you XXX room is XXX's property. They got no spare key and your blown away is forever lose.

I went there once..it is on 28 DEC, what i felt about this resort is.. i can't say it is very bad, but it just can touch my satisfactory level, 1st the hotel swimming pool is very crowded,and the water is very very dirty, it look green...-.-, and the beach..it is bevel and little..just a few step then u can reach the water...the beach is scraggy,full with stone and trash..my friend accidently kick on a obstacle..then injured..how sad-.- The beach is totally poluted..the water look black color..it seen contain a lot of carbolic in it..maybe we should name it the black beach instead of glory..there was a pier far in front of glory beach..and parking vessel..maybe there come the pollution.. Sum..if u plan to have a stay in glory beach..u better forget about it..we are staying in a business 3 room apartment..business..-.- sounds nice but it is crap!! they say got wifi connection..then my PSP say " no network found"...each apt. have a microwave..Rosak microwave.. Free melody in the night..the window come out a lot of nice melody in the night when u sleep..we pay RM420 a night..it is tottally not worth for it..

4yrs ago it was very scenic at the beach front, but now spoil by the Legend Water Resort nearby. The swimming pool are quiet crowded and the water quiet dirty, they should expand the swimming pool and service regularly. I dont recommend to swim in it.
