the best hotel in hanoi

Hi! I'm Melisa, I come from AUS. Just time I have a vacation in Hanoi, Vietnam. I choosed Hanoi capitalhotel for my vacation. In the during time stayed in Hanoi capitalhotel I feel this hotel same my house. The room very nice, clean and have a window very comfortable.Everymoring I have good breakfast and coffe from cooker. she is lovely and always caring with all the guest. Ms Hanh, Hoa and Ty is good person. They help me booked tour in Halong bay and I'm pleasure with this tour, take care me and always happy smile with me. Special, Tony is a good maneger. He speak english very well and he very kind with everybody. However, the way in here no big but no problem because it's old quarter. I will came back Hanoi in next year, of couse I will choosed Hanoi capitalhotel again. I love this hotel, I love Vietnam. I'm sure everybody have pleasure if choosed this hotel.

Very well located

Having booked my reservation at the Ha noi Dream Hotel (Also called Giac Mo Ha Noi hotel) based on the reviews posted on the Tripadvisor website I thought it was only fair to post my own. The hotel is very well located, in the old quarter amongst many restaurants and interesting shops etc, a five minute walk the central lake area. We had a bright decent sized room which was cleaned properly each morning (fresh towels etc). Air con and a ceiling fan, big window, Sky TV, good breakfast. We used the hotel as our base for two weeks and were very happy with the place ($27 per night). The owner was very helpful and arranged our airport pickup for $12.
