The Inn At Christmas Place, Pigeon Forge

I visited the Inn at Christmas with my son, daughter in law and the Grandkids, it was the best motel ever we wont stay any where else. Staff was the best and you couldn't ask for a better breakfast it was wonderful!!! Loved it Thank you Inn at Christmas Place

This an amazing place to stay. The service is excellent. My kids love staying here each time we visit Piegon Forge. It was definitely worth every penny. I think everyone should stay here a least once. After that you won't want to stay anywhere else.

We took a tour of the Inn in May 2008 and my husband and I knew we wanted to stay there. When my husband asked me what I wanted for my birthday I told him I wanted to stay at the Inn at Christmas Place. We arrived earlier than the 4pm check in but our room was ready. The greeted me at check in by saying "Happy Birthday". They even brought a table top Christmas tree to my room. We had a king size suite with indoor whirlpooll and a balcony looking over the courtyard. It was beautiful. I ended up pulling my back and had to go to the emergency room. However, I still loved my stay at the Inn. Then entire staff was friendly and they even brought a board to our room to put between the mattresses to help my back. I cannot wait to return to the Inn and we plan to do so in January or Feb 2009.

This place was GREAT!! The breakfast was very good. The service was great. Our trip was very good. The children had fun and that is all that matters. It was not cheap you will pay, but it is worth it.

We ended up here after having to leave the place we originally had reservations (it was filthy). When I walked in to check for vacancy I knew I wanted to stay here for the night. If you can imagine just smelling Christmas all around, that is what this place it like. We checked into our room at about 11pm and then took the kids to enjoy the very nice 24 hour pool and hot tub. Very convenient for people who have a late check in to not miss out on enjoying using the pool! The room was pristine and cozy and gorgeous. We had a basic 2 queen bedroom but there was ample room for us and our two small children. The decor is of course beautiful and the entire lobby/sitting areas are gorgeous. The staff was very sympathetic toward us in our rough night we had had so far with leaving our other rental and had a welcoming and pleasant demeanor. the breakfast was awesome! The servers were exceptionally friendly and over all it is just a great place to stay. I plan to stay there any time that I can. the price is very comparable as well, a luxury hotel that won't break the pocketbook. We paid $159 for our room which included the full breakfast buffet for the four of us. An excellent value for such a beautiful hotel.

We had booked a different hotel in Pigeon Forge and drove past the Christmas Place on our way to that one. It was a hotel that we drove by and said "wow, I wish we were staying there!" Needless to say, the hotel we booked was horrible and we immediately left and went to the Christmas Inn. The staff was so friendly and found us a room right away. The atmosphere of the hotel is amazing. All of your childhood Christmas memories come true. The hallways are filled with Christmas music and the hotel rooms are decorated with the nicest details that made us wish it was Christmas already. The furnishings and accessories are luxurious and comforting. The location is great, it is right on the main strip, so it is a short drive to everything. We walked to Starbucks everyday! The continental breakfast is the best I have ever seen, and Santa was even there one morning. I almost cried when it was time to leave. We are already planning our next trip to The Inn At Christmas Place. If ever in Pigeon Forge, I could not recommend a better hotel!

My family & I stayed here last year & we loved it!!! The beds were more comfortable then my own at home!...The continental Breakfast was great also!...We all want to go back again!
