Hotel Media International Ltd., Cox's Bazar

I love everything about this hotel customer service was excellent, and the food was soo good that i will have to go back again.

some of my friends recommended me to stay here. i had to reserve my room thru courier service and that was the only part i did not like about this hotel. they should have a office in dhaka or at least an online booking system. well, i got a great service from this hotel. room was clean and big. stuffs were helpful and cordial. restaurant was ok. hotel environment was sober. i thank them all and hope to stay there next time.

M.I.Ahmed a International (Amateur)Photographer Reciption Staff's Behaviour very rough, if we want to know about any place or Where is our bus station, they fill bad, Room and Food is Good no doubt. Medium clean, one Man he think he is hero of Media on desk his behaviour is not so good. And I don't want write more bcoz that was my first and last Stay in this Hotel.

Hotel Media International almost okay except Stuff behaviour are too bad. they don't know how to behave with customers and they have idea about customer service. it is very important.

The Services are satisfactory though we did not exploit all of them, but the stuff's behaviour is not so good. But I wont recommended to anyone cuz its not clean. A cockroach almost entered my mouth when I was sleeping, It was in the blanket with some more cockroach eggs. The bathroom was full of sand and mud which the earlier guest must have left, the staffs did not clean in it until we told them three times. The location is really good cuz its near the beach with a lot of shops infront of it. But I;m not going again.

Pathetic Service, cleanliness, attitude of the staff.

noo dislikes,im one of the directors of hotel media int..if any one had a problem regarding the hotel stuffs plz do complain to MD..he is alwaz available just adjacent to the entrance door..and our bad service should be seen as our mistake and forgiven.....IMRAN ALAM CHOWDHURY(DIRECTOR)
