Horrible customer service

Managers there (April Hayword and Linda Grabes-Cocker) really sully Marriott's reputation. Checked in to have a pre-arranged with hotel representative birthday party for my son. We were basically kicked out b/c managers said my small group could not gather there. Meanwhile, their website advertises this facility as perfect for small parties. Did I mention that I had already talked to a representative and gotten permission. April and Linda were extremely rude and haughty.
