Be extremely careful when moving out of this place. I lived there for two and half years and they will charge you for absolutely everything. I cleaned my apartment like crazy and even shampoed the carpet and they still charged me 600 dollars when I moved out. They will examine every single thing, they even will charge you if there is dust on the windowsill. This place has had a couple different managers in the last two to three years and they have no idea what they are doing. There are far better places to rent that are cheaper and won't rip you off.

When I first moved here last January (2009) the management people were friendly and very helpful. I do not know why but the management has changed - the new people and not welcoming and down right rude. I asked other renters and they agree with me.
