They have one good guy, Gabrielle - the rest are awful

The hotel had only been open 3 weeks - we booked an entire soccer team & most were given smoking rooms & the rates we booked over the phone were not honored. The online price was cheaper. I took it up with onsite manager - Gabrielle & he fixed the rates of several guests, but not all (he left). The stopped breakfast early & did not give us adjoining rooms as promised. I tried to get the difference in rate back for a few in our party & got the run-around & then no one would call back.
Stay anywhere but here!
