best holiday ever

the resort was truly beautiful. the staff were amazing and could not do enough for us.the food was great. it is a steep hill to get there but we always took a tuk tuk for a few dollars .cant wait to go back and see all our thai friends the kids made.

Karon Beach Horizon - a DUD!

Our Karon Beach Horizon Superior Pool Room view was the blue tiled roof of a building next door. Could see the Pool if I stood on a chair and looked over the balcony wall. Room had fungus growing in the bathroom. General service at the Resort was not good. My wife and I were in Phuket for a month. We stayed at Five Resorts during that month all on Phuket. One at Bang Tao, one in Patong, one at Kata Beach and two at Karon Beach. The 8 nights at the Karon Beach Horizon was by far our worst experience. Would not stay there again or recommend this Resort.
