The only dislike is that they didn't have a pool. They made up for it in service though! We moved our daughter in to school (UNH) and found the hotel to be very accommodating. Lots around from grocery stores, department stores, and tons of restaurants. You could even walk to Starbucks or Fiddlehead Farms (it was a cute little market where everything was cheap and fresh!) We will stay again this year!
I stayed here and when i went to my room the tub had hair in it. The towels were on the toilet. and when i went to talk to the general manager i got a snotty attitude she told me if we needed new towels we should have requested them., hello it was my first day there. they should have been clean. Then when we checked out it was Adrienne the general manager and she did not tell us the amount of the bill and we noticed on our receipt that it was wrong we were supposed to get AAA rate but we did not. She told us it was to late we should have given her our card before we checked out. We gave her our card when we checked in she just didn't do it right. She had a smile on her face the whole time whe was telling us this. that was very rude if you ask me. I will never stay at this Microtel again. She also was discipling one of the girls right in front of everyone in the lobby. that is not good management at all. I know this because i am a manager myself. I think you seriously need someone else there to manage your hotel.
