We stay at Comfort Suites when we can find them as we have 2 kids and it's nice to put the kids on the fold out couch in a separate room. However, this room didn't have a TV in the sitting room. The walls were paper thin and heard talking and slamming doors all night as well as people standing in parking lot. The bathroom floor had not been swept, much less mopped. There was a used bottle of shampoo in the shower. The coffee pot had mold in the bottom of it. Probably won't stay at this one again.

One Of Knoxville's Best Hotels

It was late and we wanted to pull off of I-40 so we took the Strawberry Plains Exit 398. As soon as we took the exit we noticed the Comfort Suites. It looked brand new with a bold color scheme and great curb appeal. The inside was equally modern and so were the rooms. The staff was welcoming, helpful and fun. They seemed to enjoy what they do. There is a wonderful restaurant (Puelo's Grill) that you can walk to as well. I reccommend this to anyone traveling through knoxville.

Wonderful Hotel

I travel to Knoxville on business all of the time. This is my favorite hotel to stay at. I payed around $79 for a suite. It is brand new, the rooms are modern, spacious and mostly clean. The staff has always been wonderful they go out of their way to make sure your stay is perfect. If you are traveling to Knoxville stay here you will not be dissappointed. I also love the face that I can walk to Puelo's Grill (voted one of Knoxville's best restaurants)

Great hotel!

Great hotel! Clean and brand new! I would recommend this hotel out of any other in Knoxville, TN! The staff was friendly and helpful, and went out of their way to assist me with anything I needed! Also full hot breakfast, free wi-fi, indoor pool, and whirlpool suites!
