We arrived at Mall of America last night. G loved the roller coasters and rides, we didn't do any shopping because we are planning a 2 nite stay on the way home. If you have TONS of money and don't know where to spend it, this is the place. The Rain Forest Cafe was different, we had never eaten at one, but VERY expensive and noisy. All in all the boy had a great time, the Radison was very nice and we left early Wednesday to drive to the edge of the Badlands. The Coast Vancouver Airport Hotel was easy to find but I'm glad we only had to spend a few hours there. Their keycard system was on the fritz so we had to be escorted up to our room. When we made it inside, the walls were thin enough to hear highway traffic and other hotel guests. Luckily we were pretty tired and fell asleep quickly. We left our Vancouver hotel at 7:00 to catch the 8:30 ferry to Victoria. A short cab ride brought us to the station and we were on our way to Swartz ...
