So - My dad is in remission from cancer. He just got a clean bill of health. He is 76. He told me he has never seen New England (I've been there a bit), and asked if I could arrange one my 'trips.' My trips are 'see everything' at full experience and a 1/3 the price of what you'd pay otherwise (the ones you need a vacation after the vacation) and then pick your favorites - go back later. Newport, my second home. My dad is from Newport, so I practically grew up there in the summers. That probably explains my obsession with the beach. I try to go once every year, but haven't been able to make it out lately. I love the beaches in Jamaica, but Newport beaches are they're own species. No white sand, no crystal clear water, no resorts on the beach (paradise). In fact, Second Beach (Sachuest Point) is protected land. Nothing will be built there.
