Hawaii Hotels

We had a wonderful time celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary in Hawaii. The Aloha spirit was everywhere we traveled in the islands. Day one was mainly a travel day for us. We left DFW Airport at noon and had a short layover in LA and arrived in Hawaii 5 hours later. We had VIP trans arranged to pick us up, deliver leis and drop off at our hotel. The reception was not as discribed and basicly they said "Here are your leis", loaded us up and drove to the hotel. So, here we are, getting into the Aloha spirit...planning our Hawaiian Anniversary celebration...a visit to the 50th State seems to be touching more than one milestone...this will mark our 42nd State visited in the USA, taking us into the final stretch...we will also be ticking off the 15th "Highlight" of USA in the Lonely Planet Guidebook and....and we'd have seen all of USA's famous beaches with this trip....a lot to look forward to...Been trying to figure out which of the islands to visit...there's this great site I found...its a scorecard tailored to your individual preferences - ...

This year is my parents' 40th anniversary. I really want to contribute my bit to their happy marriage. As a traveler and adventurer in heart (but not much in act), I can not find any better gift than going to Hawaii with them. Deep down I am very eager to be there myself, just like everyone.
