After some research (and quite a bit of indecisiveness on my part. I hate making decisions) my hubby and I decided to spend this year's vacation on a Norwegian Cruise. Neither of us have cruised before; I was raised backpacking and tent camping and he was raised beach camping, so we didn't know what to expect but figured it was an experience we should add to our growing list of adventures together. I chose the Mexican Riviera cruise on the Norwegian Star for both price and convenience. I had long heard stories about the top notch beaches, immaculate fairways, and great restaurants and clubs…so we were pretty excited to leave the gray weather behind us to head south and consume lots of fruity drinks. Cabo definitely did not disappoint. We arrived Saturday shortly after noon, made our way thru customs and claimed our bags. First beware of the trip, when you passed customs and immigration you go into an area where people ask you if you are looking for transport. Tell them you already have it! These are your timeshare people, they make offers of free transfers, cab rides, free activites, free everything.
