May 24 2009 (Sunday) We woke up at 3:00am for the 7:00am flight from BWI. We arrived at SeaTac airport at 9:30 am Seattle time. GPS directions we were given took us 30 minutes south in the wrong direction. We got to our hotel at 12:30 at the Quality Inn and Suites on Aurora Ave ($89/night). It was close to the Space Needle. Since we were early, we were not able to check in so we left our car and walked to the park by the Space Needle. There was a Folklife Festival going on in the area surrounding the Space Needle. We picked up a rental car from National Airport from Dollar at about 2:15pm. We set out at about 3 pm after Carol had dropped off the truck at her job. We got to the Homewood Suites in Erie, PA about 10pm. It was a nice hotel. After grabbing something to eat, we settled in and crashed. The next morning, we had a nice good breakfast and then drove 3 hours to Toronto. We checked in at the Renaissance hotel (attached to the Rogers Center which is next to the CN tower).
