Dubai is indeed a 'Do and Buy' place to be with large shopping malls that you can really shop till you drop. However, I must say that getting around in Dubai is difficult without cabs which can cost a lot if you are on a budget trip. Luckily for me, my hotel is just a few minutes walk to a large shopping mall and I spent my time there before my tour excursion. The sundune dinner I went to was really marvellous. London London is a very San Franciscan place filled with busy streets, well-dressed corporate workhorses, theatres (notice the spelling), and a variety of expensive and somewhat ethnically diverse foods (namely fish and chips, Indian, Italian, and Lebanese cuisine).
