You may know this city from the movie "In Bruges" where Colin Farrell plays a character who complains that it's all old buildings and museums. Wedding in Belgium
Took the Amtrak up to the Newark airport, and boarded our 6 pm flight to Brussels. We were two hours delayed when they discovered that a blind woman on the plane had not crated her guide dog to be stored as cargo, and was instead in the cabin. Got a few hours of sleep on the overnight flight. Despite our late takeoff, we were only about an hour delayed at landing. Getting through immigration was a breeze; they took our passports, asked what the nature of our visit was, and we were through in less than five minutes. Well, we have plane tickets. Roundtrip to from SLC to Paris and back. Date of this entry is really September 13, 2009.
