We arrived in San Jose as scheduled and met up with our friend. Our taxi took us to Kap's Place, sort of like a hostel but with a more homey feel to it. After settling in we had dinner at Soda Isabel (recommended in the Lonely Planet guide). In the morning we walked to Museo Nacional and learnt about the history of Costa Rica. After having breakfast at Cafe de Pasada, we headed back to Kap's Place to catch our ride to the airport to pick up our friend. The staff was so friendly, the hotel was very clean and comfortable and the bar was awesome! They even stored our luggage for a week while we ventured to Mo...
