Ember, Desiree (my niece) and I went to Turks and Caicos in May of 2008. We stayed at the Beaches Ultra All-Inclusive resort over there. It was nice but when I made the reservation 4 months prior to me going, I didn't know that there would be construction happening at the time that I would be there. Apparently, they didn't report it on the website until a month before I went. Beaches was expanding their resort to include a giant water park and another luxury series of suites (the Italian Village). If I had known about this, I would have put off my Turks and Caicos trip another year. We stayed ...
