Redwood Reflections B & B, Santa Cruz

I thought I knew all the 'great' spots in Santa Cruz...and I've lived in the San Lorenzo Valley (Santa Cruz Mountains) for 28 years! What a wonderful surprise to find Redwood Reflections. My ex-wife and I had decided to try to get back together and so we wanted to find somewhere special as a getaway to begin our new love. Redwood Reflections was everything we could have dreamed of...AND MUCH MORE! The property is tucked in a lovely grove of coastal redwoods in Bonny Doon. The room was perfect (clean cute warm cozy and crafted with care). Hand crafted tile work in the bathroom (a 'work' of art in itself) done by the owners. Access to hot tub, pool, and trails on the property made it difficult to leave (they even have an 'old time' ice-cream parlor setup for the guests...WOW). The staff is wonderful and made us fell like one of the family. We are both diabetic and they made special diet changes for us (they had asked when I made the reservations).. The food was wonderful! Oh yea...also VERY reasonable prices for the quality and charm of this B&B. We hope to come back someday soon ( I hope for our honeymoon!). This was the perfect place for our 'New Beginning' and we will always remember Redwood Reflections fondly.
