King Fish Courts, Port Aransas

The only good thing I can say about King Fish Courts is that its walking distance from the beach and the rates are great. However, the service was awful. We stayed for a week, the lady that owns the Cottages is a control freak, she says she is pet friendly but tells you to keep your dog in a carrier, complains when you ask for additional toilet paper, tells you to turn your AC off when you aren't using it because "we aren't the ones paying the bills." She has "NO FISH" written on her dumpster and makes comments to me about her dumpster smelling like fish because she noticed that my husband was fishing every night (he cleaned his FISH at the DOCK before he came home). She has an outdoor zoo of parrotts and peacocks that squak 24/7 then has the nerve to ask if there is a reason why my dog is barking? Its because of her birds! She even had the nerve to ask what time are we checking out - Check out time is noon as she told us when we paid for the cottages.
