La Quinta Inn & Suites Stephenville, Stephenville

During the month of Oct. 2007 I stayed at the La Quinta in Stephenville. At 11:45 pm I awoke to loud base music from inside the hotel and loud pool party outside. The staff knew there was loud music and allwed it to continue. I called twice an was lied to by the staff that the situraiton was being corrected. After my third call, I was told there was a "gathering" downstairs and they would cut off the music in 15 min. One hour later I called the local police becasue the music was still being played. At 12:45 the police called my cell to tell me the college students were having a party. This should never happen at a hotel. The music was turned off at 1:00 am. The next morning I was again assured by the staff the manager would contact me on Monday to reimburse my expences. No call on Monday. If you stay here the staff have no idea what they are doing and will cater to their college friends. I will never stay here again and will recommend to everyone to try another place.
