Fantastic service by the highly train staff equip with both languages and the knowledge you might need while you are in shanghai... Only setback is that a litter off the main tourist attraction like the BUND... surrounded by old buildings is another factor that takes the shine off the building...
When we were there the hotel was lovely, but once you went out to the bund you had to climb fences walk on the road and then in the afternoon when you want to go back to the hotel you can't no one can hardly speak english (police) and can't tell you how to get there. This is going on for a year i think the Hyatt on the bund should warn tourists of this. It can spoil someone's holiday
