Comfort Inn Monterey Park, Monterey Park

For starters the desk worker couldn't understand what I was trying to tell her. I told her I didn't want my credit card charged that I was paying cash. She charged it anyway and I didn't find this out until check out. Secondly about an hour after we checked in our phone rings and its the front desk looking for the luggage cart that we didn't use and the employee that called had already been to our room to deliver a roll away bed. So our children were woke up around 12am because the front desk had lost their luggage cart. So when I check out I get my reciept and it says $97 and some change. I check my statement and they charged me $127. Filed a complaint with Choice and still haven't heard anything. They were suppose to call or email within 72 hours. They also didn't upload my points as stated in the stay two get one free and I had to pay $90 to stay, two nights after they should have been uploaded.

this inn is so bad, i have never stayed at a comort inn that was this bad. the concierge was horrible and the room is small the only nice thing is the cleaness. expensive and small i woud reather stay at a best western. horrible horrible horrible

The hotel was very clean the air is fresh it is comfortable. We have stayed here twice before and I am staying again this week

The location serves as a portal to both Northern and Southern California, with its access to the 10, 60, 5,101, 110,710, freeways. The room is Clean, Fresh, and is a great place to stay with a special someone or family. The wireless internet worked perfectly with my lap top, and the staff are warm and friendly, most of them. The Breakfast was the only aspect that seemed to lack imagination and Is recomended to be skipped. Luckly many great breakfast locations are within a 1 mi radius.
