A nice hotel

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The staff was very nice and professional. The hotel room was large, and kept well. No smell or bad odors. I wish they would run more of a special on their rates. There are other hotels in Orange Park that have lower rates but aren't as nice, however, more reasonable.
 
 
 
 
 
Bad nights sleep

The manager made no attempt to address a series of problems over a period of 5 days. We were moved to 2 other seperate rooms, and when we arrived we did not get our room type we RESERVED 2 weeks prior. The breakfast was rather limited, and the breakfast worker did not wear gloves any of the days of our stay. The foods were stale and the yogurt was expired. For 110$, honestly I expected a little more.

overcharged

The Sleep Inn charged me for 2 nights stay when I only stayed one night. Made many phone calls to try and straighten it out with them left messages for the manager or someone to call me back and they never called back. They do not appear to care about the customer at all. I do not recommend anyone stay there.
