My husband and I stayed there not to long after they opened. We had a great stay, rooms are clean, staff is great!! We go there every year now! We wouldn't stay anywhere else :)

Not what I expected

OK breakfast and nice decorated rooms but the staff were not helpful or knowledgeable. The coffeemaker was in the bathroom instead of by the kitchen sink, there were no facial tissues in the bathroom and the beds were uncomfortable. The pool was marred with spotty residue on its walls and the bottom and the pool towels were limited and small. The staff seemed surprised by the pool although it was a apparent that the pool deposits were old. My biggest concern was the lack of effort by staff to improve the stay.

Great Hotel

This hotel was very clean and the staff was very polite. The beds are extremly comfortable. The continetal breakfast was great. The location of the hotel was very close to the outlet shoppes which was a huge plus. I would deff. recommend this hotle to others.
