The Nicest Hotel in Bartow!

This hotel has firendly staff, nice rooms and a great manager. During my stay I felt safe and well taking care of. The house keeper (Stephanie) was very respectable of my time and privacy. The hotel was clean, the breakfast bar was fresh and supervised. Great rates, and the suites are awesome. Being a travel agent, I have stayed at many hotels but this hotel has to be one of the nicest hotels in it's class.

Don't let them take your credit card

They charged me for my room even though I prepaid for it!!! Then they charged me for blankets they accused me of stealing that I didn't steal!!!! (he accused my kids of it) We did not take his blankets they were itchy and ugly and wouldn't steal anything anyway!!!! So I wound up paying twice for the room and another 120.00 for blankets I didn't steal!!!!!

convenient, yet pricey

This Holiday Inn is very conveneiently located and generally is very clean. I did notice that the carpets in the hallways and around the elevators were looking a little shabby and dirty. This is surprising because it is almost new. I have stayed here twice in two months and the price last month was an exorbitant $145 for a single. Today's price was $99 for a double!?

Very comfortable!

I did not find anything to dislike about this hotel. The location is close to everything in Central Florida, yet far enough away from the hubbub to rest and relax. The room was great; nicely decorated and very clean. The staff was very accommodating. I would highly recommend, and the price is right, too!
